Media Coverage – International SICCAM 2023 Exhibition
The SMIAfrica team provided media coverage for the 20th edition of the International Call Centers and Contact Centers Exhibition in Morocco (SICCAM) on behalf of the organizing company, Green Soluce. The exhibition focused on the theme:
« Artificial Intelligence: Risks and Opportunities for Offshoring in Morocco, »
The event saw the participation of around thirty professional digital, offshoring, and CRM partners from Morocco and six other countries in Africa and Europe, including Belgium, Switzerland, Egypt, Mauritania, France, and El Salvador, the latter proposing to host a future edition of SICCAM.
Project Challenges
SICCAM is a significant event committed to the ongoing transformation of offshoring, rapidly evolving towards new forms of activities and employment.
The exhibition featured expert speakers, innovative projects, and technological and social innovations, some of which were recognized with the traditional SICCAM Awards.
SICCAM is organized by the Moroccan operator Green Soluce in partnership with APEBI (Federation of Technologies and Offshoring) and ACASIOM (Association of Call Centers and Offshore IT Companies in Morocco), with the participation of sector organizations such as ANAPEC and CRI (Regional Investment Centers).
